MYTRIS - SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. DEFINITIONS
--------------

  "Software" refers to Mytris, including all source code, binaries,
  assets, documentation, and associated files.

  "Licensee" refers to any individual or entity that uses the Software.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
-------------------

  This license grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
  revocable right to install and use the Software on a single device
  for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. RESTRICTIONS
--------------

  The Licensee shall NOT:

    a) Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or any portion thereof.
    b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
    c) Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties.
    d) Use the Software for any commercial or revenue-generating purpose.
    e) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
------------------------

  The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and
  shall remain the exclusive property of the author. This license
  does not convey any ownership rights.

5. TERMINATION
--------------

  This license is effective until terminated. The author may terminate
  this license at any time if the Licensee fails to comply with any
  term. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the
  Software.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
---------------------------

  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
  EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
  MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
  NONINFRINGEMENT. THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
  ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. GOVERNING LAW

  This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
  applicable law.
